{"id":713,"date":"2014-05-04T20:33:57","date_gmt":"2014-05-04T18:33:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/annamorena.de\/travelblog\/?p=713"},"modified":"2014-05-04T20:33:57","modified_gmt":"2014-05-04T18:33:57","slug":"dance-project-across-new-york","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/annamorena.de\/travelblog\/?p=713","title":{"rendered":"Dance project across New York"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I wanna tell you about a wonderful dance project called &#171;Girl Walk \/\/ All Day&#187; that I came across some years ago.\u00a0As the intention and the feeling of the project is described the best way on their website I will just quote\u00a0it:<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>&#171;Girl Walk \/\/ All Day<\/strong> is a feature-length dance music video and tale of urban exploration that follows three dancers across New York City. They turn the city\u2019s sidewalks, parks and architecture into an evolving stage as they spread their joy of movement.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>This film is a story about self-discovery and love, and it\u2019s a tale about finding community and vitality in shared public spaces. The idea for the project emerged from our desire to expand the boundaries of the single-track music video, to an epic musical film.&#187; (<a href=\"http:\/\/girlwalkallday.com\/about\" target=\"_blank\">source<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The whole film is divided into 12 video-episodes.
